Martin Chera founded Express Capital Financing with his sons, David and Max in 2016, with a mission to help investors and clients build wealth in real estate. Martin has a deep understanding of the inner workings of real estate business operations. He services the needs of investors in real estate helping them identify a qualified property to attain their financial goals.

Martin’s business and life experiences make him uniquely qualified to service the needs of investors. Martin efficiently uses his knowledge and expertise to walk his investors through the stages of selling and buying a property with a market analysis of the return on investment and where the market trends are going in today’s economy.

Martin uses the business acumen he acquired over the years to help his investors buy their properties for a maximum return when they are ready to exit, and acquire additional properties to fuel the growth of their existing company.

Martin is personally married to every client, providing the best possible service and handling all their deals in an efficient and effective manner so that they can grow their wealth in real estate.

Martin earned his MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY).

David’s fervent commitment to the business and real estate finance industry, led him to co-found Express Capital Financing in 2016. As the VP and head of Underwriting and Credit, David wears multiple hats. His day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing tech integration, sales strategies, investor relations, and ensuring the seamless operation of each individual deal.

Under David’s leadership, Express Capital Financing continues to excel and has managed portfolios in excess of $200 million and has successfully closed over $700 million in loans since its inception. These loans empowered our borrowers to capitalize on potential opportunities that would otherwise not be available to them through traditional means.

With a deep understanding of finance and his commitment to excellence, David continues to pave the way for success in the ever-evolving world of lending.

Max is a seasoned Real Estate expert who has made a name for himself in the industry at a young age. By the time he turned 21, he had already established his own brokerage in Brooklyn, where he honed his skills in sales and leasing across South Brooklyn. With a drive for success and a keen eye for opportunity, Max set his sights on new horizons and made his way to Austin, Texas.

In Texas, Max joined forces with a highly successful team and contributed to selling over 150 homes each year, while also mentoring and training new agents on the intricacies of the Real Estate market. His extensive work experience has allowed him to invest in, and advise others on, profitable Real Estate ventures, helping his network to grow their wealth through Real Estate investments.

Max is a true leader in the hard money financing space, leveraging his knowledge and expertise to assist his clients in accumulating wealth. He has a passion for helping others reach their financial goals, and his dedication to his clients and the industry is unmatched.
